Approach
Nepal's local governments are planning at a scale they have never planned at before. We work with them on the documents that set the shape of a place for the next twenty years: where it grows, what it protects, and what it can afford to build.
Plans are prepared with the survey and environmental teams in the same office, so a proposal is tested against the terrain and the safeguards before it reaches a council meeting.
