About the project
A hostel is a repeated room, so the design is honest about that: a regular structural bay, a central stair and service core, and rooms either side of a single corridor on every floor.
The elevation is exposed brick with plastered bands, a combination local masons build well and which needs almost no maintenance. Deep window reveals shade the glass through the middle of the day.
