About the project
The building wraps a central courtyard, which does the ventilation and daylighting work that a deep-plan office block in the Terai would otherwise need mechanical help for.
A single controlled entrance serves the whole compound, with visitor parking held to the western edge so the forecourt in front of the building stays a pedestrian space. Circulation runs around the courtyard, keeping every working room on an external or courtyard wall.
